Ti Tree Lad looks exceptionally well placed here dropping back to BM58 grade. He broke his maiden during the Warrnambool Carnival and has since run good races in much better class. The gelding has a big finish and should be able to run over the top of them.

Chatelaine looks a nice price in the 3100m staying contest. She will have to take on the winning machine Affluential, but she is nicely placed in this race on her best form and the Patrick Payne stable is airborne at present, as is jockey Will Gordon. Great bet at double figure odds.
