Racing Tips – Tuesday Best Bets for Hamilton

Dunkeld - Expert Horse Racing Tips

Racing is back in Victoria’s Western District on Tuesday with a track rated as very heavy. There are two runners at big odds in early markets that look excellent bets.

Best Bet

9. Joe's Giggle
Hamilton R4 (3:00pm)

Joe’s Giggle looks the winner here. The gelding has been very good at two runs for new trainer Tom Dabernig, running second at Echuca first up before finishing third after covering ground at Casteron. This is a very thin race and he should be too good.

Recommended Price: $2.00
Confidence Level: 4/5

6. Cyclone Tim
Hamilton R5 (3:30pm)

Don’t think there is as much between the early favourite Morning Has Broken and Cyclone Tim as the market would have you believe. The latter has won three of his four starts at this track, and has struck form with back to back placings at his last two. Drawn inside the favourite, he’s capable of causing an upset.

Recommended Price: $3.50
Confidence Level: 3.5/5

4. Slammer
Hamilton R8 (5:00pm)

Slammer is capable of winning this at massive odds. The Amy McDonald trained ex-Kiwi was much improved last time at Warracknabeal and will relish the extra trip and very heavy ground. John Allen rides and this is not strong. $19 in early markets is a huge price.

Recommended Price: $11/3.30
Confidence Level: 3.5/5
