You go through this horse’s form from earlier this year around horses like Attractable and Cepheus and it looks outstanding for a race of this kind. Recreant has gone from strength to strength since joining the Dane Smith stable and can go close again. The gelding has won three of his four starts this prep and his last win at Warrnambool was the most impressive of all. This is a step up in class but in present form he looks well over the odds.
