Horsham visitor Torranzino looks exceptionally well placed over in Adelaide. He was enormous two starts back at Swan Hill over an unsuitable trip and while he didn’t quite live up to his SP at Caulfield last time, he will be much more effective ridden off the speed and Murray Bridge is the ideal track for this. Scratched from Caulfield to run here, he should be too good for a moderate field.

El Rocko has found form again and the gelding is well placed in this race off the back of a dominant last start win at Ballarat. He particularly appreciates wet ground and from barrier one draws to get all the favours here. While he has not won at Caulfield, he has run some very good races here.

Oak Hill was a touch disappointing last start down the straight at Flemington but back around a bend he can bounce back to his best form which was outstanding, running some blistering sectionals in back to back wins. The pace will be on from the outset here and he can fly over them late.

Queensland visitor Party For Two looks the overs in this year’s Monash Stakes. The filly comes down hard fit off the back of some solid recent performances during the Queensland winter carnival. Expect her to lead comfortably from barrier one and while the last 100m is the query, she can give a huge sight here at odds.
