Mac ‘n’ Cheese showed immense promise at two and while her spring campaign was ultimately disappointing, she can get back to her best form here. There was plenty to like about her recent jumpout at Terang and this is a winnable race.

Loved the run of Royal Mile first up and he is back in a winnable race. While it is a nominal step up in class, this is fairly weak for a Listed race and through his career he has proven capable of winning at this level. Jacob Opperman should give him the perfect run from barrier four.

Sansom is very well placed under the weight scale and absolutely flies fresh (6:4-1-0). Ben Allen will need to overcome the wide draw but if he can do so he will prove very hard to beat.

Tigertiger brings excellent form to this year’s Adelaide Cup having run second last start at Flemington to Crystal Pegasus. He also won the 2800m Bagot Handicap on New Year’s Day in terrific style, which suggests the two miles here will be right up his alley.
