NFL Tips – Saturday Games – Week 16 2023

Josh Allen - NFL Tips

Betseeker’s expert NFL tipsters have you covered for the best tips and predictions for every game of the NFL season.

There are two games on Saturday as the Bengals meet the Steelers in a pivotal AFC North matchup, while the Chargers host the Bills in LA.

Bengals @ Steelers

Steelers +3
Line

It’s less than a month since these teams met in Cincinnati, with the Steelers winning 16-10.

Since then, the Steelers have lost all three of their games, while the Bengals have won all three, albeit with two of those wins in overtime.

The key difference since then is in quarterback play. For the Bengals, Jake Browning has come alive in the last three weeks, passing for at least 275 yards and a score in each of the last three weeks.

The Steelers have lost quarterback Kenny Pickett to injury and in the wake of the failed Mitch Trubisky experiment, will be running out Mason Rudolph at quarterback.

Cincinnati struggled to run the ball against Pittsburgh last time while the Steelers should have more success on the ground – they ran for 153 yards last time – without DJ Reader in the lineup for Cincy.

This feels like a field goal game either way. Take the home team with the points.

Steelers +3.0, Harris Over 50.5 Rushing Yards, Boyd Over 35.5 Receiving Yards
Same Game Multi

The Steelers should find success on the ground and Najee Harris has a very attainable number here. With Ja’marr Chase missing for the Bengals, veteran wideout Tyler Boyd should play a bigger role in the passing game.

Bills @ Chargers

Bills -12
Line

The Bills have blood in the nostrils and should dominate the hapless Chargers.

Los Angeles finally parted ways with head coach Brandon Staley after their humiliating 63-21 loss to the Raiders, and while some response can be expected, in the absence of Justin Herbert, Keenan Allen and Joey Bosa the Chargers don’t have the talent to stop the Bills in present form.

Buffalo utterly dominated the Cowboys last week and they have diversified their offence, finding their groove in the run game and being less reliant on Josh Allen.

The Bills under Sean McDermott aren’t afraid to run up a big margin and with more Bills fans than Chargers fans likely in the house for this one, it should another big win.

Bills -12, Allen 2+ Passing Touchdowns, Diggs 95+ Receiving Yards
Same Game Multi

Josh Allen has two or more passing touchdowns in six of his last eight games. Stefon Diggs is coming off possibly the quietest five game period of his career but can explode here.
