Best Bet

NY Giants +1
Line

The Giants are expected to get Daniel Jones back and while that is no great story of salvation, it puts the beleaguered franchise in a far more stable spot than the Las Vegas Raiders, who this week fired coach Josh McDaniels as well as their GM and offensive coordinator. They also benched QB Jimmy Garropolo. Dogs on three straight road games are 68-50-1 ATS but the key number is road underdogs off passing for 50 or fewer yards are a delightful 62-38-1 against the number. This is a play-against spot for the Raiders too with small home favourites off a loss covering at just 38.8% in the opening 10 weeks of the season.

Next Best

Washington +3
Line

Very keen on Washington here against a New England team that has managed to cover in just three of their last 15. This is a bad position for the Pats with home favourites off a loss of 14 or more covering at just over 42%. Ron Rivera has a nice record as an outsider and road underdogs who didn’t make the playoffs cover at 56%.

Best Multi

Chicago +10/LA Rams +3.5/Philadelphia -3
Multi

The Bears number is too big with Derek Carr having an awful record as a favourite and teams off throwing for 500+ yards as the Saints did last week covering at just 40% the week after. The Rams are in a good spot with teams off a loss of 20-plus covering at just 59%. Pre-bye teams facing a division opponent cover at 72% so the Eagles are a nice bet.
