Here are the best bets to get you through seven hours of commercial free football in Week 4.

Best Bet

Washington +8.5
Line

Super keen on Washington to cover against division rivals Philadelphia as big outsiders. There is a monster angle at play here with divisional underdogs in the opening month of the season who missed the playoffs the year prior covering at an insane clip of 73%. Teams off scoring three or fewer points also cover at 60%. This is a worrying sport for the Eagles too with home favourites of three or more in the opening month of the year off scoring 24-plus covering just 62 of 147. Ron Rivera is a great underdog coach. Chips in the plus.

Next Best

Arizona +14
Line

Arizona were forecast to be the worst team in the NFL heading into the season but the market clearly has them wrong with the Cardinals covering all three games. They face a tough matchup against Super Bowl favourites San Francisco but as with the Commanders above, divisional underdogs who missed the playoffs the season prior cover at 73% in the opening month of the season. Double digit divisional underdogs also cover at 62% November and prior. This number is far too big.

Best Multi

Bills/Bucs +3/Texans +3/Titans +2.5
Multi

Betting hard against Miami this week with teams off scoring 60-plus just 1-6 ATS the following week in the Super Bowl era. Teams heading into a bye against a division opponent are 49-19 ATS, making the Texans an excellent play. Home underdogs of a field goal or more off a win cover at 60%, meaning a tick for the Texans. Teams who score three or fewer the week prior cover at 60%.
