Luka vs. Ant in a Western Conference Finals rematch, As the Dallas Mavericks will travel to Minnesota to take on the Timberwolves. The Golden State Warriors will also have their work cut out for them, now without the best shooter of all time.
Best Bet
Dallas Mavericks @ Minnesota Timberwolves (10:30am)
Dallas have played 3 games to start this season and Luka has PRA totals of 46, 54 and 32. His field goal percentage is terrible, currently sitting at .361%. A career FG of .469% shows us that this is well below what he is capable of. A common phrase in basketball is “shooters shoot” and Doncic absolutely trusts this with his shot attempt numbers so far going 25,25 and 22.
This game is the second night of a back to back for Dallas after taking care of Utah at home. Notably Luka was only required for 33 minutes and he should be fresher for this one. He only made 1 of his 9 attempts from deep and is far too good to do that again.
The return to Minnesota, home of last seasons Western Conference Finals, should be enough to light the flame Luka needs. Across the 5 game series, he averaged 50.2PRA and had a Triple Double in 2 of the 5.
SGM – Luka 25+ Points/Reid 4+ Rebounds/Conley 4+ assists/Thompson 10+ Points = $3.20

Sacramento Kings @ Utah Jazz (12:00pm)
It seems Red Fury is back in favour at Sacramento after receiving 33 minutes as a starter last game. Huerter finished with 18 points and now has consecutive games of double digits, more significantly he made four 3 pointers in both games.
Huerter saw his role diminish last season often starting games but losing his role late to sixth man Malik Monk. With Monk and Keegan Murray having a slow start to this season it looks like Kevin has been given the green light. He has averaged 11.3 PPG after the Kings opening three games.
Huerter lives and dies by the 3 ball and I would not be surprised if we clear this line with 3 long bombs. The fact that he has taken 7 and 9 attempts from outside in his last two games bodes well for us.
SGM – Huerter Over 8.5 points/ Markkanen 6+ rebounds/ Kings Win =$3.20

New Orleans Pelicans @ Golden State Warriors (1:00pm)
(Watch this game closer to tip off to see if Andrew Wiggins is playing or not.)
With the ankle injury to Steph Curry and a potential for Wiggins to miss, I can see the potential for this to get ugly.
The Warriors have played a new style this season with an even spread of minutes across a much deeper roster. The majority of offence however has relied upon Steph and at times Wiggins. Without Klay Thompson on the roster it appears Jonathan Kuminga and new acquisition Buddy Hield are left to fill the role.
With Draymond no longer looking to score and Jackson-Davis failing at Centre I’m just not sure if the warriors have the fire power to keep up with The Pels. It will take a big night from Podziemski or Kuminga to keep this close.
SGM – Pelicans Win/ Williamson 6+ Rebounds/ McCollum 20+ Points = $3.40
