Two massive Game 6s and I expect two stars to show up – one to save the series, another to close it.
Boston Celtics @ Philadelphia 76ers (9:30am)
No way Doc Rivers conserves this year’s MVP when they return home to close the series against the Boston Celtics.
Joel Embiid has scored 30+ in the last three games of this series – the only time he didn’t clear was in Game 2 when he only played 27 minutes in a blowout scoring 15 points.

Despite hitting 30 in his last three, the line for Embiid still remains under 30 points – the star Centre averaged a league high 33.1 points per game during the regular season, and this series it’s been his ability to get to the free throw line.
Averaging nearly 13 free throw attempts per game, we have to expect to see him get there on plenty of occasions once again on their home floor and although they’re listed as outsiders the way they’ve played the last two games (and how poor the Celtics have been) I like them to book a place in the Conference Finals.

Denver Nuggets @ Phoenix Suns (12:10pm)
Although KD has only covered the 46.5 PRA twice this series, both times were in Phoenix and with genuine ease recording PRAs of 56 and 53 in Games 3 and 4 respectively.
Denver’s Michael Malone made a big defensive adjustment in Game 5, switching Aaron Gordon on to Devin Booker in the second half which worked a treat for the Nuggets – but by making that change, it also means we saw Kevin Durant get the KCP or Bruce Brown matchup with both opponents significantly shorter.
If Gordon can restrict Booker to anywhere under 30, it will be KD that will need to once again go large on their home floor to keep this series alive. Hitting a PRA of 44 in Game 5 despite shooting 10/24 from the floor, if we see the same attempts in Game 6 we’ll see KD cover this line.
