We have a new leader on our Brownlow Leaderboard after Round 16, while a $34 shot has moved into the top-five.

Best Bet
Should be the favourite now with another 40-disposal game, making this Patrick Cripps best stretch of his career.
Cripps’ polling capacity cannot be understated here where he’s polled 20+ votes in years where he’s been just ok, so when we see a stretch like this from the Carlton Skipper we know he’s going to be polling the maximum.
The opposition tag will likely go to Walsh opposed to Cripps for the remainder of the season, and with Carlton playing in this manner it’s hard to see Cripps not winning this year.
Lay
Was our lay last week when $3.70 second-favourite – he’s drifted again to $5.50 but it’s still too short knowing the polling history of the big three surrounding him.
Will continue to compete for votes with Warner and Gulden who both have strong polling histories, and with the Swan now dropping to third on our leaderboard with Bontempelli storming home, I cannot see Heeney winning from here.
Value Bet
He’s almost an automatic three votes when playing at home. Noah Anderson had 39 disposals against the Magpies in their win on the weekend, continuing his hot run at home where he averages well north of 30 disposals per game.
Anderson has three more games at home from their last eight, where they should win at least two of those, but he also gets a big opportunity against some weaker teams on the road with North Melbourne, Richmond, West Coast and Essendon in their run home.
The first time Anderson has featured in our leaderboard top-five this season, and although he’s still a fair way off the leading pack he’s got maximum votes polling potential, and polled strong last year.
