With Dak Prescott sidelined the Texans enter this all-Texas Monday Night Football clash as strong favourites.
Best Bet
The Cowboys have been horrible at home this season and look set for another loss.
While Dak being out is a big part of the problem, defensively they simply haven’t cut it. At home they have allowed 34, 47, 28, 44 and 48 points.
They currently have the worst average home points differential since the murder at -23.5, surpassing the famously bad – winless – 2008 Lions.
Then there is the offence. Cooper Rush completed 13 passed for the grand total of 45 yards last week, and to make things worse CeeDee Lamb is now carrying a back injury.
The Texans have struck some headwinds of their own of late but they should still be well capable of covering this line.
Same Game Multi
With Nico Collins back it should open things up somewhat for Tank Dell in the passing game. With Collins just returning from injury he may see limited use in this one.
Value Bet
Suspect the away side will do most of the scoring here and Mixon has been their clear leader in scoring this season with eight TD’s through ten games.
