Moor Mumm should have finished much closer last time at Flemington when she was impeded for much of the last part of the race. She is clearly thriving this time in and getting out to 1400m at this point of her prep looks ideal. Dropping down in class she looks superbly placed.

South Australian mare Second To Nun looks very hard to beat in the Seymour Cup. The mare comes off some good form in her home state and a solid run in the Stocks Stakes – a strong form race based on yesterday’s results – at Moonee Valley last time. She will need luck from the wide draw but has the right man in Damian Lane on.
